Patrick Blanc is a French botanic that became a designer using his knowledge about plants. He is perhaps mostly famous for the five stories high vertical garden arrangement on a museum in Madrid, Spain, in 2007. Even Blanc's - from the outside - ordinary apartment contains a wall that looks more or less like the one on the picture, with 250 different species, and the floor is basically an aquarium.
